Genspark sucks. I have multiple images to back up this review. The program stinks. I used a months worth of credits in one day trying to generate a slideshow, but the program cut images/text boxes off, overlapped words with page numbers, the page numbers were upside down, and there were massive issues with inconsistency of location and spacing etc. And when is prompt for fixes, it would not fix the issues. These were basic things that frankly should not need a prompt at all…really I have to tell it not to put numbering upside down or overlap content? I immediately canceled and requested a partial refund. I was told no because I used a good portion of my credits. Uh, ya, trying to fix the problems with you faulty program. It’s definitely not worth bothering with. Use free software out there. Genspark isn’t worth the investment.
