My husband received a ring as a gift, and we were thrilled to get it. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit, but we weren’t too concerned initially since the company promotes a return/exchange policy. I reached out immediately to start the exchange, and they responded quickly, indicating they would honor their policy. However, their next email completely changed tone. After numerous messages, they are now refusing to uphold their own policy or assist me. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Due to their unwillingness to follow through, we are now stuck with a ring my husband cannot wear. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of integrity.
