Their Customer Support is a joke and their lifetime warranty a scam. I have been emailing back and forth since May of 2025 with no resolution. "Emily" is saving the company a lot of money by refusing to help assist paid customers their replacements. She even asked for photos to prove the rings existence and then denied to replace after telling she would if I could send photos. SCAM!! Cheap rings = cheaper service.
The service has been absolutely fantastic! I ordered a beautiful ring for my husband but realized I had chosen the wrong size. I contacted the support team, and they not only provided a replacement in the correct size but also updated the engravement at no extra cost! Since the purchase, my husband has been wearing the ring daily for about 6-7 months, and while it has picked up some scratches from his demanding job, the support team was incredibly kind and sent a new one! I highly recommend this service!
My husband received a ring as a gift, and we were thrilled to get it. Unfortunately, it didn't fit — but we were initially unconcerned because the company promotes a return/exchange policy. I contacted them right away to start the exchange process, and they initially replied promptly, indicating they would honor their policy. However, the next email was a complete turnaround. They changed their response, and after numerous exchanges, they are now refusing to follow through on their own policy or assist me in any manner. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Due to their unwillingness to fulfill their commitment, we are now left with a ring that my husband cannot wear. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of integrity.
I ordered a unique ring for my wedding, and it arrived from America to the UK in about 10 days. Unfortunately, it was just slightly too small due to my mistake in size conversion. However, the company responded almost immediately, allowing me to keep the original ring while they sent me a new size (which took around 10 days) at no extra cost. I was amazed by the customer service. They kept me updated, responded promptly, engraved the second ring to match the first, and I have just received the correctly fitting ring. The quality is perfect. Highly recommend!
I placed an order and opted for expedited shipping. While I found their status updates lacking and uninformative, the customer service was excellent, and the product was beautiful. Had I received accurate updates, I wouldn’t have needed to contact customer service, but I’m glad I did, as they were responsive and professional. Shipping was quick.
