I would give zero if I could. Filip Scrayen who trades under Genuine Vintage Sunglasses totally ignores customers requests and in doing so has failed to comply with legislation that states a customer has the right to cancel within 14 days for a full refund. I in fact gave him plenty of notice to cancel my order (WITHIN 8 HOURS of purchasing and before they’d even been shipped) but he categorically refused to and told me he was still going to post them the next day and not refund my €305. He has been informed several times that I refused delivery; the courier has evidence they were not delivered and that a refund should be sent in full…again he has not fulfilled this. I am going to take this to Financial Ombudsman, EU Trading Standards and if needed to court. It’s such a shame I was not treated fairly, as the sunglasses I ordered were not the right pair and I had fully intended to use the company again in the future to reorder the correct ones. I would not go anywhere near them, after the disgraceful customer service
