I ordered a jacket on November 21, 2023, but the company didn't provide shipping details or any communication after taking my payment. I reached out in early December, as it was a Christmas gift. Initially, they claimed there was an issue, then asked for an extra $45 for shipping due to my location. I questioned how they could determine my location without knowing my address. They said they would refund my money if I didn't want to pay the extra shipping, which was nearly half the jacket's price. After several confusing emails, they stated it was shipped expedited, then claimed it wasn't sent. They eventually offered a refund while keeping 25%. Since then, I've received no response despite multiple requests. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company, and I suspect they are trying to extract more money after the purchase. I've escalated this to my payment service in hopes of recovering some funds. Please avoid this company!
