I ordered two jackets on Cyber Monday in November. I received an email on December 29, 2021, stating my order was canceled due to items being out of stock and that a refund would be processed shortly. As of February 17, 2022, I still haven't received my refund. They do not respond to chats, emails, or calls, forcing me to contact my credit card company for assistance. I will never order from this company again.
