I ordered a replacement door shelf for a refrigerator, but the unit I received was broken. The company refused to replace it or issue a refund without seeing the box, a sticker, and a photo of the shelf. I sent a photo but found their process for replacing a damaged order frustrating. It’s already difficult to manage without a door shelf for my next guests, and questioning my integrity makes it worse. If the company doubts its returning customers, I have no interest in continuing to do business with them. Their response suggested I hadn't been in touch when I've been trying to resolve this for days. Now they want even more evidence from me, like a picture of the inside of the refrigerator, as if I don't know what part I need. This assumption is insulting since I’ve purchased the same part from them before. I fear there will be further unreasonable demands, and I suspect they will ultimately deny my request for a replacement part that I've already paid for. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.
