Review Time
The site seemed trustworthy. I did receive exactly what it said I would get. I got an oven glass because I accidentally broke it. Installation was easy with the help of youtube. The glass seems good to me. I cant give any results of using it because I did not try the oven at the time of review.
My refrigerator is old but it works great!! Unfortunately, the seal around the door was worn out and we had to make sure it was closed. In reality, it probably stayed open most of the time. Did nothing good for my electric bill. I thought I would need to go out and by a new one. Identified the part I needed, and ordered it. Fast delivery and an exact fit!!! Thanks because I really couldn't afford a new one right now. Thank you!!!
Very disappointing experience. I made a purchase and cancelled it on the same day, and while they confirmed the cancellation request, they still generated a shipping label two days later. I had to contact the delivery service to refuse the package and send it back. Now, I am seeking a refund through my financial institution. A frustrating experience.
I ordered a replacement door shelf for a refrigerator, but the unit I received was broken. The company refused to replace it or issue a refund without seeing the box, a sticker, and a photo of the shelf. I sent a photo but found their process for replacing a damaged order frustrating. It’s already difficult to manage without a door shelf for my next guests, and questioning my integrity makes it worse. If the company doubts its returning customers, I have no interest in continuing to do business with them. Their response suggested I hadn't been in touch when I've been trying to resolve this for days. Now they want even more evidence from me, like a picture of the inside of the refrigerator, as if I don't know what part I need. This assumption is insulting since I’ve purchased the same part from them before. I fear there will be further unreasonable demands, and I suspect they will ultimately deny my request for a replacement part that I've already paid for. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.
It's just a coincidence, but I recently reached out to the support team about the part I ordered with expedited shipping, which I still haven't received. Shortly after, I received an email requesting a review. So here it is: I won't be buying from this company again and would recommend that others avoid it too.
I found the part. I bought the part. It was supposed to be here in three days. It showed up at my door the next day. Absolutely happy with everything except the price. I thought that it was a little expensive for one shelf plus shipping and tax made it close to $90. But now my freezer is hole again.
