The cs agent I worked with on Chat was not so great. They went on a tangent based on a misunderstaning for something I said, and when I tried to correc them, they and asked to speak to a supervisor, they cut off the chat with a message that my case was referred to manangment. I called back and spoke a supervisor, who was great. Understanding and was able to help me. Part of the problem was that the shipping department miss keyed my City's name and so I was unable to complete the retrun online. I eventually got a shipping label to return the part,
