I had a very positive experience working with GenZone for my Dubai company setup and residency.

He provided clear explanations on the structure, timelines, and fees — everything was transparent with no hidden costs. Unlike some other agencies I contacted, there was no pressure or attempt to lock me into bundled contracts. Even services like accounting were presented as optional and separate, which I appreciated.
Once the visa process began, the operations team and Jafeer ensured everything moved efficiently. Communication through the WhatsApp group was consistent, responsive, and well coordinated, which made the entire process much easier.
I was initially advised to plan for around two weeks in Dubai to complete everything. However, the team managed to finalize the process in less than one week — and this was during Ramadan, when government offices operate reduced hours. That level of coordination and efficiency really stood out.

GenZone helped me with setting setup a business Dubai and the visa process. I chose GenZone because of its great reputation doing these type of processes for many other entrepreneurs and freelancers. The process went very smoothly. I started the process in early December and got my business setup within two weeks. During my visit to Dubai, my visa was issued within hours after my medical examination and biometrics were completed. Everything was completed in early February. The total process took 2 months but could have been shorter if I decided to travel during late December instead of late January. The team at. GenZone is very professional and answered any of my questions within a fews hours.

After researching for a long time I settled upon contacting GenZone to discuss registering a company and assisting with my visa/residency applications.From the very first conversation it was clear that they were the right people to help me.
