Most logistics companies have their issues, but this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. I ordered a soundbar from a retailer, and it was supposed to arrive on Dec. 9th. By Dec. 7th, tracking showed it had reached Barcelona, but the next day it was back in Paris with a note about 'weight correction.' Now, it's Dec. 13th, and there have been no updates, leaving me in the dark. I had to reach out to the retailer for information. As of Dec. 17th, my package is still missing, stuck on 'weight corrected' for over a week. I'm seriously considering requesting a refund and looking for alternatives.
