They consistently expected us to provide extensive accounting documentation and repeated proof of payment, as if we were managing their internal bookkeeping. After putting up with this for years, I decided it was time to move on to a more professional and efficient company. The difference has been clear.

Delivery Problems and Poor Service

I anticipated a warning call as my delivery approached, but the worker showed a complete lack of professionalism. When faced with a one-way street, he assumed the delivery was canceled. I took a day off to receive a heavy item, only for someone to leave early. Additionally, the phone charges for assistance were completely unhelpful.

Lack of Communication and Responsibility

I expected a warning call when the delivery was nearing my location. The worker displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, assuming the delivery was canceled just because he encountered a one-way street. I took a day off to receive this 40 kg piece of furniture, only for someone to decide to leave early. Additionally, being charged 0.80 cents a minute to speak with someone on the phone was utterly unhelpful.

Frustrating Tracking Experience

Most logistics companies have their issues, but this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. I ordered a soundbar from a retailer, and it was supposed to arrive on Dec. 9th. By Dec. 7th, tracking showed it had reached Barcelona, but the next day it was back in Paris with a note about 'weight correction.' Now, it's Dec. 13th, and there have been no updates, leaving me in the dark. I had to reach out to the retailer for information. As of Dec. 17th, my package is still missing, stuck on 'weight corrected' for over a week. I'm seriously considering requesting a refund and looking for alternatives.

Unacceptable Customer Service

The customer support provided was absolutely pathetic. They delayed our important shipments by almost 10 days, completely ignoring the contact details provided and failing to inform anyone involved.

Avoid This Service

The website and service were dreadful. After moving on a weekend, we ordered furniture for Monday delivery. The service arrived without notice, made no contact, and insisted my phone number was incorrect. The delivery person simply left. We've been trying to get them back since, but it has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I strongly advise against using this service.

Lost Parcel Experience

I placed an order with a retailer and was promised delivery by a specific date. Now, I still haven't received my parcel, which was supposed to be delivered by this service. Appalling Handling of Situation

I am appalled at how this situation was managed. The circumstances are undeniable. My driver, now injured, was forced to offload a heavy load. This is a serious breach of expectations and shows a complete disregard for safety. To make matters worse, a significant portion of our payment was deducted. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
