Total letdown with the service – Proxies not worth the investment. I bought proxies expecting a dependable solution for my online activities, but it has been a frustrating ordeal from the beginning. Initially, the proxies fail to meet the claims made on their website. They promote stable connections and high speeds, yet in reality, they are slow, unreliable, and frequently disconnect – sometimes every few minutes. It's impossible to use them without constant interruptions. Additionally, the customer support is lacking. I've attempted to reach out multiple times through chat, email, and tickets, but the replies are delayed, generic, and fail to address my concerns. They appear indifferent to their customers, leaving issues unresolved. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone. If you're in search of genuine proxies, consider other alternatives.
