I would give a lower score if possible. The scheduling process for the photos was confusing. I couldn't connect with the photographer until just a week before the shoot, which seems to be a common issue among other reviewers. The shoot felt rushed, and we barely used half the time we paid for due to changes in our wedding plans. The photos returned were of poor quality, with bad angles, lighting, and positioning. The lens used made everyone look larger, including my best man, who is not at all. It was clear that the photographer was just randomly clicking rather than capturing thoughtful shots. We voiced our dissatisfaction to the representative, who initiated a discussion about compensation options, including a potential refund. We are not expecting a full refund, just a partial one due to the poor quality and time used during the shoot. After expressing our concerns, we waited over a week for a response, which required us to follow up. They are unwilling to provide a financial reimbursement, instead offering three items including 50 complimentary edits: - Fine Art Album ($1,000 value) - $500 Print Credit - Up to 30x40 Canvas Print ($380 value) - Replica Albums Bundle - Set of 2 ($425 value) - Up to 20 Extra Album Pages - 50 Images ($300). We had already stated that among the few usable photos, we edited them ourselves and do not want any further edits from their end. My question to the representative is: if you're willing to provide these services and their values, why not just give us the refund we requested? Those costs should cover our refund and prevent us from giving such negative feedback, unless those values are inflated to deceive couples into paying excessive amounts. ($1,000 for an album? Seriously?)
