Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I would rate this service even lower if possible. The scheduling process for the photos was confusing. I couldn't communicate with the photographer until just a week before the shoot, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. During the shoot, it felt rushed, and we barely utilized half of the time we had paid for due to changes in our wedding plans. The quality of the photos was disappointing, with poor angles, lighting, and positioning. The lens used made everyone appear larger than they are, including my best man, who is not at all large. It was evident that the photographer was just taking random shots rather than capturing thoughtful, intentional moments. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the representative about the final product. She was the one who brought up compensation options, including a financial refund. We don’t expect a full refund, just a partial one due to the subpar quality of the photos and the time used during the shoot. After sharing our concerns, we had to wait over a week for a response, which required us to follow up first. They are unwilling to provide a financial reimbursement. Instead, they offered three items, including 50 complimentary edits: - Fine Art Album ($1,000 value) - $500 Print Credit - Up to 30x40 Canvas Print ($380 value) - Replica Albums Bundle - Set of 2 ($425 value) - Up to 20 Extra Album Pages - 50 Images ($300). We had already mentioned that among the few usable photos, we edited them ourselves and do not want any further edits from their team as we no longer trust them with our images. My question to the representative is: if you're willing to provide these services and show their values, why not just give us the refund we requested? Surely those costs would cover our refund and prevent my wife and me from providing such negative feedback. Unless those values are inflated to deceive unsuspecting couples into paying excessive amounts. ($1,000 for an album? Seriously?)

We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the service provided at our wedding. The assigned photographer's behavior compromised our experience, and the photos taken were of poor quality. The company's response to our concerns was dismissive, lacking the responsibility we expected. Instead of working with us to resolve the issues, we encountered defensiveness. When we raised our concerns, they offered a non-disclosure and a partial refund, which felt more like an attempt to silence us than a genuine effort to address our complaints. This approach is troubling as it suggests a priority on reputation over customer satisfaction. We're sharing our experience to inform future clients about our dealings. CAUTION: Poor Experience

We engaged a service for the following: - (3) 8-hour photographers (2 main, 1 assistant) - (1) 12-hour videographer for one day (2 ceremonies, 1 luncheon, 1 cocktail hour, 1 dinner reception). We spent over $6K in total. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we faced for our wedding. We chose this service to ensure a cohesive team, but throughout the planning and on the wedding day, it was clear there was no teamwork. We rated it 1-star for several reasons: 1. Planning: During the 18-month planning process, we received conflicting information from multiple representatives, despite everything being updated. 2. Engagement Shoot: We were told our engagement photo location was too far for the photographer, only to be contacted later by the photographer saying the original location worked better. This highlighted a lack of communication. 3. Ceremony 1: After the first ceremony, the post-ceremony photos were disorganized, despite providing a clear shot list. The photographer seemed lost and wanted 'a few more shots,' causing a 45-minute delay that resulted in us missing our luncheon. 4. Ceremony 2: Due to scheduling delays, we had to skip our planned first look and vows, compromising our privacy. The lead photographer separated from the assistant, causing further issues. 5. Post-wedding video and albums: The video was okay, but we had to wait 5 months for album designs, which had duplicates that we needed to fix. We received the finished albums 6 months later. Overall, for the amount we paid, we felt greatly disappointed and let down on such an important day.

Very Disappointing Experience

I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the services during our wedding. Despite thorough discussions, the service was far from satisfactory, and we were not offered any compensation. Our main photographer displayed unprofessional behavior, making inappropriate comments and causing unnecessary stress by not coordinating with our planner. He even called me a bridezilla when I requested to stand still. The second photographer was largely absent, causing significant delays and failing to assist effectively. Specific issues included poor angles and lack of coverage, resulting in an incomplete photographic record. Given the numerous issues and the subpar quality of our photos, we are extremely disappointed that no refund was offered. This experience has left us with an unsatisfactory memory of our special day, and we strongly advise future clients to reconsider their choice.

Not What We Expected; Careless

We hired this service to document our wedding day with two photographers for the getting-ready moments. However, one photographer did not show up, leaving me without any getting-ready photos while my spouse had plenty. When we reached out about this, they refused any monetary compensation, claiming the photographer stayed longer at our reception instead. This was not what we wanted. They also failed to capture key moments at the reception, yet took unnecessary photos of random guests. Additionally, a family member took some getting-ready photos, which we wanted in our album, but the service not only failed to include them but also claimed ownership of that photo. The rushed experience resulted in poor-quality photos, and we struggled to obtain the albums we paid for. The website for album creation was flawed, causing frustration. We were also disappointed to find that they had removed a crucial photo from our album without notifying us. We strongly advise future clients to be cautious when considering this service.

Avoid This Company at All Costs

We unfortunately used this service for our wedding photography. They failed to deliver all promised services, and their online portal was dysfunctional on all devices. Their customer service was terrible, and they replaced our photographer the night before the wedding without consulting us. The replacement photographer seemed lost, resulting in blurry and amateur-quality photos.

Disappointing Experience as an Employee

I worked as a photographer for this service. The first few years were good, but the last two were terrible. After taking engagement photos for a couple, they requested a specific missing photo, but I never received a response. They terminated my contract without notice. At another wedding, a guest fell on me, damaging my camera, and I received no support from the company. When I reached out, I was met with rudeness and no concern for my well-being. If you're looking for a professional photographer for your wedding, I recommend finding someone you can communicate with directly instead of using this service.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Service

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. If you want to be disappointed with your wedding photos and videos, then this business is for you. I feel embarrassed to share the majority of the photos and videos I received. The quality looks amateur, with only one usable photo of my father and me walking down the aisle. The promised experienced photographer was not familiar with the venue, leading to a chaotic photo session. I would never recommend this service to anyone, as they do not hire professionals and show no accountability for their work. They seem indifferent to the feedback that could help them improve, and they are ruining people's weddings.

Horrible Experience - Do Not Recommend

Our experience was terrible! They substituted our original photographer just two days before the wedding, leading to a lack of communication. The photos were of poor quality with bad lighting and angles, as well as out-of-focus shots. The video quality was equally disappointing, lacking proper audio and focus. We are extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend this incompetent service.
