DO NOT USE!!!! FILE YOURSELF

By far, one of the worst businesses/customer support I've ever had to work with. When initially completing the online questionnaire, you pay a fee of $195 in order to have your paperwork drafted. I waited 2 weeks to receive my first draft of paperwork. My spouse requested 1 simple change to the paperwork, which led to an additional 2 weeks of waiting for 2 sentences to be added into the paperwork. Both parties approved the paperwork and were told we would be sent a zelle link within 24hrs to pay ANOTHER filing fee of $495 that was never previously disclosed. It has been two weeks, numerous phone calls, and 5 emails to the "info" distro email trying to receive the zelle link to pay the final fee. I've received zero response from the legal team, and the receptionist that always calls back after I leave a voice mail states she will get in touch with the legal team. Overall, it has been 6 weeks and still my divorce paperwork has not been filed; had I've filed myself, I'd be legally divorced by now. This company is a complete scam and does not uphold their promises of an "easy", "fast" divorce.
