I booked and paid for an interpreter nearly one month in advance for a critical immigration appointment. Despite the long notice, they failed to secure an interpreter.
Four days before my appointment, they admitted they still had no one assigned, and the day before, they canceled completely. This left me without support for an important legal matter.
Their lack of organization and reliability is unacceptable for a company that advertises professional interpretation services. Even worse, I requested a refund and have still not received my money back.
For legal or immigration appointments, you need a service you can trust. Unfortunately, Day Translations did not deliver.

Awful. I paid them $190 and confirmed interpretation services with them. The day before the scheduled service they told me they couldn't get anybody to do the translation. Not only did that leave me without a translator THEY KEPT MY MONEY. Not only do they refuse to refund me, they have stopped all communication with me. Stay away. This is a scam.
