I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service. After ordering a pair of shoes online, they arrived looking nothing like the images. I was forced to visit the store four times, and even after two weeks, I still haven't received a voucher or a refund. This has truly been the worst experience! It's shocking how a well-known brand can treat its customers with such disregard.
