Spent a lot of money on multiple pairs of shoes which I later found were coming all the way from Italy (not ideal for returns). Waited in all day only for them to deliver to the wrong address. Told they might take days to get redelivered. WHO, quite frankly has days. Wont be in a hurry to order again. I’ve cancelled my order.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I had the most frustrating customer service experience. I ordered shoes online, and they did not match the pictures at all. The company required four trips to the store, and after two weeks, I still have not received a voucher or refund. This has been the worst experience! It's hard to believe a well-known brand can treat its customers this way.

Unacceptable Customer Service

Frustrating Experience at the London Store

I had a very frustrating experience at the London High Street Kensington branch due to incorrect pricing on items. It was a waste of time, and the staff clearly need additional training to improve their customer service. Many customers left unhappy, which harms the brand's reputation.

Difficulties with Returns and Rude Staff

I do not recommend buying online due to the challenges with returning items. I ordered two jackets that arrived without return labels. I had to print several pages for the return, but I lack a printer. When I contacted the company, they redirected me to another service. This is unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount on oversized clothing.

I bought a pair of leather ankle boots and have never experienced such poor quality. After wearing them for just 1.5 hours for a photoshoot, they became badly scuffed. Defective Products and Poor Ethics

The company sells defective products, which they have acknowledged in emails. They refuse to explain why they continue to advertise these faulty items. When I raised concerns about being misled, their only response was to offer replacement defective products at half price. Avoid these dishonest sellers.
