Bought several pairs of shoes and a belt online .spent several hundred pounds with them , the belt didn’t arrive they wanted me to prove that it didn’t ??? I pointed out how could I do that ??? after 2 weeks of emails finally got a refund then I wanted to return a pair of unworn shoes that are not comfortable within the returns window but as my cleaner threw out the original box they wanted photos of shoes so I sent 5 of front back of heel each side and soles but they said they needed a close up of heel as it looked damaged (it wasn’t ) they take weeks to reply and now won't refund me they are a terrible company to shop online with Avoid!!!!
