Faulty item Return impossible

I have ordered two items and one of it is bomber jacket which had a faulty zipper. I have emailed Geox to notify it and asked for advice- no response. I have gone through Geox uk webpage return item as stated on their website and also without result. It also seems to been done in purpose to confuse return process as it’s swoping You to other webpage to avoid any return. Very disappointing as I was customer for over 8years and loved shoes. Avoid as You may end up loosing money and no one to speak to. Also I noticed It Ofer happens with companies going burst so perhaps in a year or 2 it won’t exist….Regards Pawel k
