Typically, I would return the item and reorder at the lower price, but I couldn't get to a post office due to my father's critical condition in the hospital. I asked the company to allow me to skip the return and refund the £89 difference given my situation, but received a cold 'no' from a customer service representative who seemed indifferent. This is a disappointing approach for a brand that prides itself on subtle and sensitive designs.
