Disheartening experience with my first order

This was my first purchase from the company. I ordered a coat that soon saw a price drop. Normally, I would return the item and reorder at the new price, but due to my father's serious condition in the hospital, I couldn’t make it to a post office. I reached out to the support team, hoping they would understand my situation and refund me the £89 difference, but I received a cold and unsympathetic 'no' from a representative who seemed to overlook the context. This was a very disappointing response from a brand known for its thoughtful designs.

Poor customer support for online purchases

The company has an online presence through a major department store, but if you encounter issues with items purchased online, they refuse to take responsibility. I bought an item online and was directed to contact the company for support. However, there is no dedicated department for online purchases. I was disheartened to find that the sizing guide on their website did not match the actual product, which was 5 cm smaller than advertised. After raising this issue, they declined to take responsibility, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Not a great experience.

Jeans that never arrived!

I ordered a pair of jeans shortly after receiving a notification that they were back in stock. They were supposedly shipped on December 15th, and I received a notification from the courier for delivery. However, nothing has arrived, and I'm still waiting. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but only received a response from the courier stating that no shipment was made. I've reported this to my bank's fraud department, and they are now involved. Extremely disappointing—be cautious when ordering from this company.

Disappointing fabric quality

Overall, I've been satisfied with the company. I reside in Chicago and have purchased items from various locations. However, a green dress I bought in Paris in June 2024 has been a major letdown. The seams have split in several places, especially across the back. I suspect it's not the sewing quality, but rather the fabric choice, which is very light and prone to damage. I've attempted to file a complaint, but the form requires an order number, which I don’t have since it was purchased abroad. I sent a separate email with photos, and I hope the designers will consider fabric durability in the future.

Frustration over incorrect item received

In response to your previous message, I still have not received a resolution regarding the wrong coat you sent me! I want to ensure I get the correct item. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Why does it seem like my concerns are being ignored? The phone line is not working, and I am receiving no replies to my emails. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. If you had taken the time to address my issues properly, you might have retained my business. Clearly, you are not interested, and I will not shop here again.

Refund policy issues

The company only offers exchanges, not refunds. I emailed customer support on Monday afternoon and received a response only on Thursday afternoon. I had given up hope for a reply. Other companies typically respond within two days. I find the company's policies frustrating and unhelpful. I requested assistance with a refund and attached my receipts, but the support team replied, 'Yes, we did not assist you, and we did not issue a refund.' What did I do wrong? I simply made a purchase. Now, the company expects me to spend £295 in their shop where most items are unavailable in my size. This policy feels outdated and unfair. I will not shop here again. Protect yourself as well.

Order not delivered, no communication

I ordered a dress and a bag online over a month ago for an event that has since passed. Despite numerous attempts to inquire about my order, I have received no information. I've requested a refund several times without any response. I'm genuinely disappointed as I've been a loyal customer for years. The customer service has been unacceptable. They have my money while I have no clothes, no updates, and no refund.
