The company has an online presence through a major department store, but if you encounter issues with items purchased online, they refuse to take responsibility. I bought an item online and was directed to contact the company for support. However, there is no dedicated department for online purchases. I was disheartened to find that the sizing guide on their website did not match the actual product, which was 5 cm smaller than advertised. After raising this issue, they declined to take responsibility, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Not a great experience.
