Why does it seem like my concerns are being ignored? The phone line is not working, and I am receiving no replies to my emails. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. If you had taken the time to address my issues properly, you might have retained my business. Clearly, you are not interested, and I will not shop here again.
