I requested assistance with a refund and attached my receipts, but the support team replied, 'Yes, we did not assist you, and we did not issue a refund.' What did I do wrong? I simply made a purchase. Now, the company expects me to spend £295 in their shop where most items are unavailable in my size. This policy feels outdated and unfair. I will not shop here again.
