I ordered a dress and a bag online over a month ago for an event that has since passed. Despite numerous attempts to inquire about my order, I have received no information. I've requested a refund several times without any response. I'm genuinely disappointed as I've been a loyal customer for years. The customer service has been unacceptable. They have my money while I have no clothes, no updates, and no refund.
