This was my first purchase from the company. I ordered a coat that soon saw a price drop. Normally, I would return the item and reorder at the new price, but due to my father's serious condition in the hospital, I couldn’t make it to a post office. I reached out to the support team, hoping they would understand my situation and refund me the £89 difference, but I received a cold and unsympathetic 'no' from a representative who seemed to overlook the context. This was a very disappointing response from a brand known for its thoughtful designs.
