Impossible customer service. Because of a shipping delay, I couldn't be at my address to receive an order -- after I already paid for express shipping to avoid this. The company offered no recourse, no help, just a basic shoulder shrug. They didn't even refund the express shipping fee. No one picks up the phone at the other end. Email response time is slow and intermittent. I spent almost $800 at the store and am furious. I will never shop here again. Avoid at all costs.
