Went to my local to try as I've never had before and on the self serve kiosk there was an offer if you downloaded the app so I downloaded it and couldn't see the offer so I asked a member of staff who didn't help at all. I asked to speak to someone senior if they could help and was told there was no one to help. They could have changed the price manually as it was advertised at the price and I had done what was required but no help at all and really didn't care. I contacted customer support and they obviously don't care either as all I was told was that there's an option on the app that neither me or the member of staff could find.
