After a long wait, the order was canceled

After waiting for 1 hour and 35 minutes, the order was unexpectedly canceled, leaving us hungry. This is the fourth time I have encountered issues with them, each one different but equally frustrating. The service has been very disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again—definitely avoid at all costs.

Quality has significantly declined over time

The food used to be much better in the past. Now, it's consistently served cold, and when I request a fresh or hot replacement, the staff responds with disapproving looks. It's truly disappointing.
