We recently ate at the Baldock Services Branch and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The interactive boards make it easy to see the menu and choose what to order. The staff appeared to show good hygiene levels and looked well kept in their uniform. The food itself came out promptly and quickly with the whole order coming correct. The food was nice however was cold by the time we’d driven 9 minutes home and ate. Should you order from here I’d think it wise to eat onsite shortly after ordering.
