I'd give minus ten stars. Our flight was cancelled three hours before departure. The only way we found out when we received an email from them. That day, they cancelled six other flights from our airport, all of them no explanation given. So we queued for four hours to get hotel vouchers only to be told "we don't do any"! We are using a money recovery agency to recover the cost since from what I've read they don't pay anything to anyone. Avoid these criminals at all cost!!!!
