I've missed connecting flights because of their delays, received no compensation, and had to arrange overnight accommodations by myself. The most recent incident was particularly frustrating. The airline charges a fee if you don’t check in online, yet the online check-in is frequently unavailable. You end up paying and then must deal with customer service afterward. When I did this, they insisted on proof. I provided a screenshot that clearly indicated online check-in was not available, but they claimed this was not adequate evidence. This feels like a blatant scam that they are now regularly implementing. I recommend avoiding this airline if you care about your time, money, and peace of mind.
