Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered on 4/01, today is 15/01 and still have no idea whether or when will I receive my order. Considering order is placed within the EU, it should arrive in maximum 4 days. Wrote two emails to get some feedback, nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Which makes me think that it is a scam. Positioning themselves as premium garments, this is a joke. SHEIN has better customer service.
