Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered on 4/01, today is 15/01 and still have no idea whether or when will I receive my order. Considering order is placed within the EU, it should arrive in maximum 4 days. Wrote two emails to get some feedback, nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Which makes me think that it is a scam. Positioning themselves as premium garments, this is a joke. SHEIN has better customer service.
I'm having a TERRIBLE online customer service experience with them. Be careful if you're ordering online. I ordered a coat that was too small and kindly asked if I could change the size and received a cold response telling me to make a return to receive a refund first. I shipped the coat back, attached the receipt and had no answer. After three days still no answer and I see from the DHL tracking that the coat was already delivered at them (what about my money????!). In the meanwhile I placed a second order with the right size checking about the 2-4 days shipping and guess what? The coat hasn't been shipped yet. So they have my first coat, my money, my second coat and they don't answer the emails. They only answer on instagram telling you to write to the customer service email address (which I already did too many times). TERRIBLE
Terrible customer service. Took about 10 emails to get a response to the question being asked. They didn't send me the promised 10% off voucher when I signed up for the newsletter - when i asked if they could resend they just seemed to shrug their shoulders and said they couldn't send me another code without any reason why not. Bloody useless. Given that you also have to pay about 50% extra if ordering from the UK because of duty and VAT, it really is NOT worth it. Avoid like the plague.
