I subscribed via get.linkedclient.com as a business (Commerce Alliances Network Single Member P.C.) and was charged €199.50 (Invoice 80616C5D9127, 27/11/2025).
The marketing creates the impression that the AI assistant (“Elsie”) can handle prospect replies and scheduling in a “completely automated” way. In practice, for multilingual B2B outreach this was not workable or safe for us.
Key points:
No built-in live translation. Support confirmed there is no automatic translation. If messages are drafted in the prospect’s language, you may be unable to properly validate them unless you are fluent.
Commercial-risk outputs. Support also confirmed in writing that the platform may generate “simulated pricing and product offers” during the Learning Phase and that the user bears responsibility for content before dispatch. This is a serious business risk if the system drafts pricing/products without access to official price lists/catalogs.

Horrible experienceThe AI functionality in LinkedClient hallucinates so much that around 95% of all messages need to be rewritten before they’re usable.Support repeatedly tells you to “keep training the model.” After training LinkedClient with 200+ messages, I still get far better results simply prompting GPT or Microsoft Copilot directly. In practice, it feels like you’re paying a relatively high license fee just to train their model yourself — which is not fair.I specifically asked for a refund because I did not have the time to keep rewriting messages. This was denied. At the latest hour I was offered an additional month as compensation for my experience - however I dont have the time to revise all the messages going out.On 2-3 occasions, support staff did not show up for scheduled support meetings. My recommendation: keep your money and go with one of the better alternatives on the market, such as Dripify. That’s where I’m going back to.

This tool is extremely useful. It works on your behalf while keeping you in full control—at every step, you can confirm, edit, or delete actions before they're executed. It's a great help for contacting new prospects with high-quality, personalized content.
They have a great technique! You can keep blocking them and sending them to spam, but they keep coming back as non spam. I have put them on spam lists in outlook many times, but their mails just keep comming back to the regular folder. Respect for that. They do not even have a link for dont send me any mails anymore, which they are obliged by law. You will not get rid of them. If you want to be super persistent and you are not afraid of being annoying, or breaking the law, go ahead.
I have started using LinkedClient very recently and so far it has been a great platform. Very easy to navigate and beginner friendly with a team that constantly is following up and answers to any concerns or issues. I was onboarded by Viona and she has been great. She is very friendly, explains everything, and answers every question. The follow ups are amazing, as I get the chance to get follow up meeting calls around each week (as I did just start) helping me address any difficulties or issues, I may have, as soon as possible. As for the actual platform and its functions, it does exactly what you expect it to do. Though I haven't had a single meeting booked yet, it is just the beginning and at the rate it connects with people from the campaign and its efficiency in following up and creating relations with potential clients, we'll only see how it goes from there.
LinkedClient has helped increase my LinkedIn audience, with relevant contacts. As a result of this my reach and engagement statistics are better than ever. The team have been a great help, both with setting up campaigns and with any technical support.
Great experience! The platform still needs improvement, but for an IT profile like mine it worked like a charm. The best: Customer support. Eriona is always very supportive and eager to help and give advice with loving patience. The platform is a bargain for the price (if you use it appropiately and do your homework). Good product, good service, good deal!
