After placing my initial order, I woke up to find a large amount deducted from my bank account without my approval. I never consented to this order or stored my payment details for future use. I'm aware that regulations require another consultation before dispensing the next dose. They sent several emails demanding action, which felt very threatening. I want my money back and find this situation incredibly stressful. I've updated this later in the day to state that I still haven't received a refund or proof of a subscription. I only made a single order, not a subscription. I've tried to call multiple times without success. I'm utterly appalled.
