Have been waiting 4 days for approval from this company despite being told there would be a decision within 24 hours. They took my money and I’m no further forward. Meanwhile I’m getting spammed daily for photos and ID despite being told 4 days ago they had received them!!! Support are useless, they have been telling me every day this week my case is a “priority “ and “urgent” and here I am still waiting. They shouldn’t take money until the case is approved!!! Avoid , there’s plenty of other companies out there with better customer service. Meanwhile, I will sit in limbo waiting to claim my money back 😡

I was informed that this was a delivery service issue and not their responsibility! I can't even contact the delivery service about it. I've raised a complaint, but I'm still missing essential medical supplies.

They later mentioned keeping a portion of my money for administrative fees, which I had never seen in their terms. Given that they approved my order and took a week to respond, I couldn't cancel in time. Their customer service is slow and inadequate. Proceed with caution if you choose this supplier.
