I received a notification just 10 minutes before delivery and couldn't reschedule. The package was left on the doorstep, fully visible, which isn't a secure location, nor was it placed with a neighbor. When I got back home after 9 hours, it was still there. I was informed that this was a delivery service issue and not their responsibility! I can't even contact the delivery service about it. I've raised a complaint, but I'm still missing essential medical supplies.
