When ordering they do not tell you that returns have to go back to China. Expedited shipping does not mean faster, it means they mail it faster than a week. Customer service does everything that they can to delay any refund. They do not stand behind their order. They do not answer the phone, and slam you with a subscription that you did not sign up for.Update: I got a personal response and refund. I suggested some changes that I now feel will be taken seriously.
