I placed an order, #11241 early morning of 2/24/26, which I wanted to cancel immediately, because the ordering portal tacked on expedited shipping charges and did not ask for any sort of confirmation before it was placed. I tried to call to cancel during stated business hours, and no one answered the phone at 9:00 AM. When I finally did get through I was told that the order could not be cancelled, and that I would have to return it, and eat all the shipping fees. I am considering opening a dispute with VISA

Waiting a month for order that still…

Waiting a month for order that still hasn’t arrived as they ‘apparently “ delivered it—to an address that doesn’t exist and is certainly not mine. Hit then with a subscription fee for next order that I clearly didn’t sign up for, at least six responses from’custoner service’ saying they’re reviewing my ‘case’. For what? Delver the product or refund my money. And I’m certainly not signing up for a subscription. Ridiculous. Buyer beware!

I “impulse ordered” from Ámala and didn’t exactly understand the terms of the order. I promptly contacted their customer service. They were so awesome! They kindly addressed all my concerns, calmly explained the things I didn’t understand, and resolved all my issues. I have not received the product yet, so I can’t give an honest review about that. But I can honestly say their customer service is top-notch. I will definitely feel confident ordering from them in the future and you can too.

Delayed shipping.. Ordered Jan 17.. still not delivered by Feb 13. Attempting to charge me for an unsolicited subscription ( membership) with 2 day email notice.. EDIT. with update.. After contacting Customer Service they are addressing the subscription order issue.. and have assured me it will be cancelled. Response was fast

I have to say in a world of Ai and companies looking to grab your dollars this one I believe has your actual back ! My experience has been absolutely wonderful in the attention to my concern and very helpful and quick response to my questions. I'm trusting the product performs as advertised (just getting started) and if it works as good as their service I know I'll be VERY happy and return for MORE!!!

Order not shipped???

According to tracking my order has not been shipped yet. I ordered on January 21st.So far I am not impressed with the shipping. Maybe if and when I actually receive the product I can write another review.

When ordering they do not tell you that…

When ordering they do not tell you that returns have to go back to China. Expedited shipping does not mean faster, it means they mail it faster than a week. Customer service does everything that they can to delay any refund. They do not stand behind their order. They do not answer the phone, and slam you with a subscription that you did not sign up for.Update: I got a personal response and refund. I suggested some changes that I now feel will be taken seriously.
