I placed an order, #11241 early morning of 2/24/26, which I wanted to cancel immediately, because the ordering portal tacked on expedited shipping charges and did not ask for any sort of confirmation before it was placed. I tried to call to cancel during stated business hours, and no one answered the phone at 9:00 AM. When I finally did get through I was told that the order could not be cancelled, and that I would have to return it, and eat all the shipping fees. I am considering opening a dispute with VISA
