I’ve been a customer utilizing Ambercare’s Basic Warranty package since Oct 2024 and just completed a 1-year renewal taking me into 2026. My experience from day one has been that of exceptional customer service. Jun Chung and Chad Henry have been nothing other than professional and helpful since I originally purchased my 2020 Tesla Model S Long Range vehicle. They performed the over the air pre-purchase inspection for my Model S for free which provided me with the confidence to know I was purchasing a trouble-free vehicle.I’ve had two maintenance issues since purchasing my Model S and both times Chad took the time to walk me through the claims process and keep me informed on anything related to the processing of my claim. Although the Tesla Service Center doesn’t do direct billing to 3rd party warranty companies, Chad has always been available to settle the billing not matter the time of day. I’ve delt with other 3rd party warranty companies in the past and most use unscrupulous practices to not cover repairs. It’s been refreshing to deal with a warranty company like AmberCare and to this date they have been above board when it comes to my vehicle repair cost.I will continue to do business with Ambercare as I feel they are on the right track and I hope they will continue to provide top notch customer service and warranty coverage for those us owner these wonderful Tesla vehicles.Sincerely & Semper FIAndre K.
