I tried to sign up and entered all of my info, chose a package then got an email to approve access to the car remotely to inspect. I approved this and then never heard from them again! Several days went by and after no contact I removed their access to the car. I dont know if they ever scanned the car or not. Very strange. I ended up selling the car anyway as it did not meet my needs in winter.
