Aids arrived on time and everything was exceptional well packed. Nice clear instructions and I was off and running in about 5 minutes. Getting use to the different modes and volumes. At present, far better than my over ear aids I paid £2,000 for. Shame I can't sync them in to my phone but not really a problem.
