I purchased hearing aids from a company, hoping to enhance my hearing affordably. Unfortunately, the devices I received were defective and didn’t work as expected. One wouldn’t turn on, while the other felt quite fragile. I reached out to their support team right away, anticipating a swift resolution, but it took three days to hear back. When they finally responded, they informed me that they do not provide insurance for their products, so they couldn’t replace or fix the broken hearing aids. There was no apology or effort to address the issue. It felt as though the company was indifferent to their customers' needs. This situation was very frustrating, especially considering how crucial hearing aids are for daily life. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this company to proceed with caution.
While the delivery took a bit longer than expected, I was pleased with the quality of the equipment, accessories, and user manual. I only need one hearing aid, so purchasing a single unit would have been preferable. The ear tips feel a bit harsh; a softer material might be better, but the size options are quite sufficient. I appreciated the easy input for my personal audiogram. Overall, excellent value for money.
I love that they are rechargeable, and the case is neat and compact. The packaging feels premium, and the instructions are clear. I'm still figuring out the right size for the tips, which means I haven't used them consistently yet, and I'm a bit anxious about using them socially in case they start whistling! They are so good that I will continue to try. The customer service has been impressive and reassuring; I never expected such a detailed reply to my inquiry on a Sunday morning! I hope the company starts offering replacement tips soon!
