This company is disgraceful and has bad customer service in fact no customer service. I placed an order for hearing aids and when recieved they didn't work was told very sorry there's a fault with them. Return them and we'll send you another order. I decided that I wanted a refund so they sent me details to return the order. I returned the order and received email to say they have received the item on 02/03 2026. Since then I've heard or received nothing. I have contacted them numerous times but they have not responded and gone off the radar. Still waiting for my refund.
