I have to agree with the others. I ordered and received a tracking number that doesn't work. I've submitted multiple tickets and emailed directly but received no reply. DO NOT order from them. UPDATE: My order arrived last night. I've still had no response to my inquiries, and I don't understand why the tracking number was invalid, but I have received the items, so that's a positive.
