I think their customer service is right on it. I had a concern. I ordered three containers of 120 pills each (360 total) I opened a subscription because I wanted to pay the lesser amount. You are supposed to take one a day. I’m sure it was automatic because most subscriptions are they wanted to send another order a month later. I contacted them via email because I literally had a years worth of pills and I didn’t see any reason to get more. A very nice person named Shannon got back to me within an hour. She canceled my upcoming order and there was no charge on my card. Bravo, problem solved.
Check the back of your Astaxanthin packet!!! Mine has multiple spelling mistakes, and the wording does not even make sense. When I emailed Belano and demanded a refund they did not hesiate to promise me one - no denial that is was not counterfit product! Refund has not appeared, funny that!
I will be reporting them to the TGA and my bank (I have emails from Belano Customer Service and pictures of the packet with the spelling mistakes)

So far so good! There was a problem with my address being incorrect and I emailed them and got a reply within a couple minutes and it was corrected. Thank you for the speedy response and correction!
The staff who answer your questions( customer service) are lovely! Nothing is too much trouble, and My order came super quick …. I accidentally put my order in twice 🤦♀️ and when I realised I sent a email notifying them and it was sorted straight away! I couldn’t be more impressed!
I have to say the customer service with this company is beyond belief! They kept in constant contact with me making sure they were getting the necessary information needed to get my issue resolved. The product is wonderful and I would continue to take it were it not for the other things I am having to take and some of which are touted for the same benefits this product does. If I ever decide to stop some of the other supplements I am on, I will definitely be ordering again. If I do, it will be because of the support I got and also because the product does work. I can't thank the support team enough!
Great customer service and all of them were trying their best to get everything sorted before the next payment came out.
It did take a month but I did get a response and my subscription was cancelled as I didn’t actually click for subscription, so just make sure you check before processing your payment if you don’t want to subscribe. If it’s too hard, just email the company and they will happily sort it out for you
I ordered oil of oregano soft gels. I realized that after I had gotten an email stating my package was out for delivery, I didn't actually receive it. I emailed the company with my concerns, order # and tracking and they responded within 24hrs. It was a delivery issue with the carrier, nothing Belano or I did. Customer service was SO FAST, helpful and kind in getting it sorted out for me. Idk why the other reviews say otherwise, I had a wonderful experience with them and can't wait to get my softgels 🙂
Same trouble as everyone else. It's not clear that you're getting a subscription. Then you barely have started taking it and I get an email saying next bag in 3 days. Trying to get to a place where you can cancel your subscription is impossible in your account.
Email for help to cancel and they can't find mt postal code associated with an acct, how convenient. I finally figure it out and cancel it, meanwhile they email me back and say they cancelled it for me, which they did not. I don't even trust that it is cancelled. Then the girl apologizes and says all you others that have posted bad reviews are scammers or fake! Can I please post a good review and I get 30% off my next order!!!!? I told her I'm posting a bad review, I have screenshots of my cancellation and will tell my cc company not to let anything go through for them The agent says ok send me a screenshot of your review for your 30% off she'd hate to waste it. Wow stay away from these guys.
Buyer beware do not purchase this product. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, but I canceled my subscription after the first shipment and they just informed me that they shipped out another one and charged my credit card and I went on and found it almost impossible to figure out how to check my subscription and then when I did, I realized I had the proof that I had indeed canceled it. This is a scam company. They’re just trying to rip you off.
Beware! You will be enrolled in a subscription you did not sign up for. If you order a 5 month supply, they will try to bill you for another 5 month supply ONE month after your first order. Plus, I never received my first order when they tried billing me for my second order. I complained and cancelled all future orders and requested a refund, and my order was sent out that same day- after I requested a refund- since it had been over a month and I had not received anything. Terrible experience and communication. Terrible company! Scam.
